Dormer Restoration

The roof dormers have been modified several times over the years. An old photograph shows narrow dormers with shutters and tin roofs. There is evidence indicating that replacement windows were added around 1915. Additionally, the original wood clapboard siding was later replaced with Masonite and overlaid with vinyl. Efforts are underway to restore the dormers close to their original appearance.
